Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Effective date: July 1, 2026 · Last updated: July 1, 2026
1. Our practices, plainly
Broadcast Media Inc, doing business as EquityExpress.net, does not sell personal information for money, and we do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or trackers that would constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under laws like the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
SMS opt-in data receives absolute protection: mobile phone numbers, opt-in status, and text messaging consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes, under any circumstances and regardless of any other practice described on this Site. That data goes only to the messaging provider that delivers our messages. See our Privacy Policy.
2. Your right to opt out
Residents of California and several other states (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah, among a growing list) have the right to opt out of the “sale” of their personal information and of “sharing” or processing for targeted advertising. Because some state laws define these terms broadly, we provide this page so you can register an opt-out preference with us even though we do not currently engage in those practices. If our practices ever change, registered preferences will be honored.
3. How to submit an opt-out request
- Email: [email protected] with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share.” Include the state you reside in and the email address or phone number you have used with us, so we can match your request to any records.
- Phone: 1-877-634-4111.
- Mail: Broadcast Media Inc d/b/a EquityExpress.net, 1712 Pioneer Ave., Ste 500, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA.
- Global Privacy Control: we treat a recognized GPC browser signal as a valid opt-out request for the browser and, where we can associate it, the account it relates to.
We do not require you to create an account to submit a request, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Authorized agents may submit requests on a consumer's behalf; we will require reasonable verification of the agent's authority.
4. What happens next
We will confirm receipt, act on verified requests within the time your state's law requires (generally 15 business days for opt-out requests), and keep a record of your preference. If we deny a request, we will explain why and how to appeal — see the appeals process in Section 8 of our Privacy Policy.
5. Related rights
Opting out of sale/sharing is separate from your rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, all described in our Privacy Policy. To stop text messages specifically, reply STOP to any message — see the Messaging Terms.
